 * Many thanks for your help! It was indeed a plugin conflict (The Events Calendar)
   and once an update for that plugin was available, all is fixed!

 * Many thanks for your reply! I tried the deleting plugin and re-installing but
   the problem persists, which must mean it’s a plugin conflict sadly (harder for
   me to fix!).
 * I’m using the lite version.
