 * I also tried it with the jigoshop theme, simply-jigoshop, with the same results.
   Checked on an iPad and it is the same issue.

 * The problem is in the backend, so you need admin access, there is an admin account
   set up for jigoshop support. We will happily pay for support if you can fix this.
   Can you email me directly please and I will send you the log in details and we
   can work it out over email?

 * I disabled all plugins except jigoshop which is the store the page is based on.
   The problem still occurs.

 * Thanks for the speedy reply. I’m definitely using this plugin and it is activated.
   I just updated to 1.2.3 and problem still exists.
 * I see what you’re saying about the code using a different class.

 * Which appears correct. Any idea what might be causing the difference with YouTube?
 * I’ll try disabling all other plugins and see if it is a conflict.
