My site has 16 pages without the plugin. I went to misc settings and checked the remove data on uninstall. I uninstall then reinstall the plugin. I still only have 16 pages. Instead of using 3 blocks, i combined it all into 1 block with three ads using the [ADVERTISER ROTATE] option. I use the widget in the sidebar, shows the first ad, never rotates.
