By disabling this you should manage to create the pricing rules. Once created, you can re- enable the option. It will work fine. It is an official WooCommerce extension called “WooCommerce Product Search”. When I disable it, the search in your plugin works fine. The product I want to select has no variation, but there is another product with similar name that has 5 or 6 variation. Anyways, the 500 problem occurs regardless of the keyword I search for. Seems like it gives the same results regardless of the search term. No error with the categories or other filters. I configured the wp_debug_log but nothing seems to be recorded when the error occurs. I think the cause could be the huge product database I have. Maybe the search times out? Could you please suggest some way to troubleshoot? Yours is actually the last plugin I installed. Could you please suggest other ways to troubleshoot? Is there any other method to add the products to the rule? I just tried disabling the WP CRON using the “define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);” command in the wpconfig file, and the problem is still there. Could you please provide a solution?
