 * I have the same situation here. And it’s urgent please.
 * When taking an appointment on the front end, it will show an blank page with -
   1 on it.
 * And no confirmation emails are going out. However when booking the appointment
   from the Dashboard, emails work fine.
 * Booking Ultra Pro CORE version 1.1.9
 * **Booking Ultra Pro Professional & Ultimate** version 1.0.1
 * **Booking Ultra Pro Complement** version 1.0.42
 * Looking forward for a solution ASAP this is affecting our daily operations.

 * Optionally I could use the field “Select Agent Under Whose Name This Reply Will
   Be Added” however there is no option to include the actual Agent’s name, who’s
   ticket is assigned to.
 * Which is silly.
 * If the field is left blank(“Please select”), I will have an empty field in the
   Ticket details.
 * If I choose Agent X, then Agent X will show for ALL the tickets, regardless if
   Agent Y or Z completed the ticket.
 * The solution to this would be plain and simple : if no Agent is selected, show
   the assigned ticket Agent as the memo creator.
 * Solutions please?

 * Thank you, this is fixing the 1st issue to have the PST and HST taxes % by default.
 * How about the GST tax (it’s a checkmark)? This should be checked by default as
   well.
 * The GST tax is a checkmark, even manually it won’T apply. I click the checkmark
   to enable the tax (which should be by default as well!), the I save and it becomes
   unchecked. It’s not being applied.

 * The SiteGround caching plugin seemed to have created this. By deactivating it,
   it fixed the problem. Very odd.

 * The Global Timer however has been set in place AFTER both English and French 
   product exist. But, it only applies to the primary language, English.
 * In the Setting however, switching from English to French, I see the Global timer
   in place, for both languages.

 * So … switching to Basic Style in the Plugin options fixed the issue, the Remove
   button will remain there at all times.

 * Actually here are some additional details:
 * On desktop: if you leave from the page and come back, or reload the page, they
   hover won’t work anymore. You need to actually click on the product, for the 
   Remove button to showup. The, if you add a new product to your existing order,
   the hover will work again.
 * On Mobile: the remove button will show if you do the order in 1 session. If you
   leave the Menu page and come back, or if you reload the page, the Remove button
   won’t show anymore. As soon as you add another product to your order, the Remove
   button will show again.
 * Can you simplify this, for the Remove button to show there at all times please?
 * To be honest I am sure most people don’t need the fancy hovering options, they
   just want simple and intuitive online orders.
 * Suggestions on how to fix it in the short term?

 * Also, we need the additional functionality in the Pro version, so we will buy
   the paid version. However we cannot buy it if these simple things are not fixed.

 * Yes, this is my final solution at this point, I deactivated YITH Ajax Product
   Filter plugin and added woocommerce product filter widget. And it works perfectly
   with the YITH Ajax Search.

 * same issue here, it’s affecting 40+ WordPress installs on my godaddy account 
   and it happened over night. I didn’t do any modification on the server. What 
   caused this and how can it be fixed? I won’t modify every website so hopefully
   there’s a general fix, if a godaddy rep sees this fast, you better provide a 
   fix please or I will move over 50 domains + hosting away …
 * also getting this error: **The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/content/…/
   wp-content/uploads/2011/10.**
 * so I cannot upload Media or install a new themes. gotta love godaddy when they
   make you surprises like this … and moreover after opening a trouble ticket, they
   just told me that they don’t support third party applications and that I should
   search on my favorite search engine for a solution … Bravo Godaddy!!! What a 
   service !!

 * thanks **hattendesign** I added the session_save_path(‘/home/content/04/8260904/
   html/sessions’); line with my user id and it fixed it.
 * this post should be highlighted as I’m sure this impacts several Godaddy users.
   I had this on several websites after upgrading to 4GH. I guess it depends on 
   the theme and plugin used but it fixed the issue.
