    Just make sure you change all the 255 to 200 in
   the php file (there are usually 4nos of 255 in the code)

 * thanks a lot Krishna.. but what could possibly be the cause of this and do you
   have an idea how i can avoid it..
    also could you please help me with the diagnose
   tools you use, i.e. links so that i can see for myself what seems to be wrong.

 * Thanks Krishna.. I am scared I will have to rearrange the whole site if I revert
   to twenty twelve theme.. its quite a lot of work already..
    is there a way everything
   can be reverted back with just a few clicks?
