 * Hi Kelly, thank you for the information. Sorry that I was unable to elaborate
   my question in a well manner. We happen to be in a need of using some templates(
   think of custom order specific updates) and send it to specific customers. So
   essentially they are usually one-time emails only and adding all of them in separate
   list would be a lot of work. Do you have any suggestion for us? Thanks!
