Greetings,
I save all correspondence I send and receive when communicating with businesses online and offline. Your company has yet to process the refund they promised. Also requesting that I send sensitive data which Google and other companies warn never to share is highly unprofessional. Considering all of the aforementioned factors in my initial review which are backed up with receipts, I am publicly requesting the refund which a member of your staff promised to deliver.

Hopefully this very important feature is going to get included in the plugin very soon. I appreciate your forthwith response.
For anyone else looking for the same or similar solution, hopefully my posted thread helps in some way.
