 * I had the same problem, I tried deleting the database and make a new one….did
   not work, I tried replacing wordpress with a fresh copy…did not work, I tried
   deactivating and even deleting all plugins…did not work.
    Then I tried switching
   to the default theme. Like Mark/t31os said. That worked, but when I switched 
   back to my theme same white page when I pushed publish. **So now I knew I had
   to search in my own theme.**I started uploading the original files from the theme
   I had converted to my own theme. I started with the ones that I did not alter.(
   At least that’s what I thought) but apearently I did. **When I uploaded functions.
   php from the original theme and overwrote the old one it worked. No more white
   page.**
