I found the “Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Brevo” plugin is causing the “Missing Dependencies” issue. When I deactivate the Brevo plugin, the Woocommerce Shipping plugin is correctly shown in the Footer position. I’m creating a support ticket for Brevo to investigate the issue. I deactivated the “BOT Protection” plugin from MalCare Security, but the 400 error still appears. My other website is experiencing the same 400 error, and that one doesn’t currently have any security plugins installed. As for the missing dependencies, I deactivated and deleted the plugin. After reinstalling, I’m still see the same error. As for the fetching of rates, it’s not a simple as ensuring the products have the correct weights. Most of the time, the customer is ordering more than one product, which affects whether we package into a bubble envelope, a box, or a USPS Priority mail option. I hope the workflow can be improved to avoid advance rate fetching until both package and weight is updated. I understand that I can disable remembering of the package, but then it causes even more overhead. * I was able to clear the migration message.
