 * I just tried adding a new user in users,
 * went to the spot where I access wordpress.
 * Entered the new username and password
 * still : ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password?

 * I have not launched the website yet only stored it Locally.
 * So I reset my password using the instructions provided.
 * I did reset it, I went to enter it and once again it said does not exist!
 * I am so confused because I can see everything in phpmyadmin
 * I used to access it here:
