Many thanks, I’ve got it sorted now. The problem was that I had my dashboard in ‘accessibility mode’ which meant that I couldn’t drag and drop anything. Once I disabled accessibility mode everything worked wonderfully.

When I view the Widgets page in the Dashboard/Appearance there are no widgets showing in the sidebar for the 404 page area. The other active widgets that I have in Primary Sidebar, etc are all showing.
Is there another way of fixing this problem?

In reply to: fastfood theme missing header text after upgradeI have the same problem although I am using the dkret3 theme.
I upgraded to WP 3.4 yesterday and my header text has gone walkabout. The site is http://www.khpa.co.uk
I have added the theme support code to the function.php file in the vain hope that this might be the cause but this has made no difference to anything.
Any help or advice very much appreciated. Andy R
