Then replaced it again with the older version WP 4.3.1. Still not working. Before everything went strange and I could not access the dashboard, I noticed when deactivating the Shopp plugin, the problem got worse. Then I reactivated the Shopp plugin again, and it was better. Then everything broke. * The most important thing is for the site to work asap. What do you recommend to do right away to get this site running again? Would Debug, or renaming, or uploading the WP 4.4 file take care of this issue? And if debugging, how do you do that? The site was working very well with the older version. * It is really **urgent** and unfortunately with little expertise. I read somewhere renaming the directory of the active theme and rename it back might do the trick. Would that might work?!! * In case this theme directory renaming does not work how do I install a new official theme like Twenty Sixteen with no access to the site dashboard?
