Hi, i know my answer is too late, but maybe for other people out there, having the same problem that could help.
In my case, i did’t enter the authorization part for the role equivalent groups, and that was the cause of the Error.
in the Authorization tab, Role Equivalent Groups field enter:
Users=subscriber
And save. that should fix the problem.
