    Forgot to check/answer your second question… I got the contents of
   the Form tab to show. Any idea why clicking the Form tab wouldn’t work? Thanks

 * I thought I hit paydirt when I saw this posting, but I crashed when I attempted
   to access the Form tab. I go to Testimonials > Settings > Form tab, but nothing
   happens when I click on it. Ditto for the Compatibility tab.
    Suggestions? (I
   am very much a newbie.)
