In reply to: [Zerif Lite] Featured imageThere is no optimal size for the featured image that always fits.
Its always based on the theme you use.
You could read the readme of the theme, maybe there is a info about this.
You also should take a look at the settings at “Settings” -> “Media”Could you please tell us the name of theme had this issue and/or post this directly to the theme forum (if the theme is form worpress.org)? Thanks

In reply to: How do I get the "Settings" menu in my versionAre you logged in as a “admin” user? Only Admin users can see the settings page.
If so, try to disable all Plugins.
If this also does not solve the problem: switch to a different theme, maybe there is a function that hides the settings page. You can also try open “yoururl.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php” so you will access the permalink Page directly. (only works if you are allowed to do.)

In reply to: [Hueman] Bug for mobile devicesHave you installed the latest version of Human?
Human is a responsive theme as you can see in this demo: http://demo.alxmedia.se/hueman . It seems like something is crashing human. Try to deactivate all plugins and reactivate theme one by one to see if they cause any problems.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: [Decode] Share to Facebook – wrong imageOk.
Please provide a link to your website, so we can help you.
Is this error caused by other plugins too?Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Decode] Share to Facebook – wrong imageTo solve this Problem you have to know why Facebook chooses a picture.
Facebook wants to use the defined open graph image. But if a website has no defined open graph image, facebook is going to chooses the first image on page.
You can define a photo wich should be selectet by adding some open Graph Data to the header.
the easiest way to do this when you theme does not have this feature is by a plugin e.g. WordPress SEO by Yoast
After you activated the plugin, go to SEO > Social and activate open graph data.
Now you can choose for every post or page a open graph image at the “WordPress SEO by Yoast > Social” Option.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: How to change the logo span position?Schön dass ich dir helfen konnte.
Ich würde noch diesen Code zusätzlich einfügen (in das CSS):
@media screen and (max-width: 975px){ .tc-header .brand a { text-align: center!important; } }
Hierdurch zentriert sich die Schrift und das Logo im Headbereich wenn die Seite auf kleinen Endgeräten angeschaut wird.
