 * Hello Ahmed,
    Thank you for the answer. Actually I’m not using woocommerce, I
   don’t have experience with it. Actually my need is not to sale by the web site
   but to handle support via ticket system for some product I developed for customers.
   But I can try. If I install woocommerce, can I still use Awesome creating tickets
   for product existing in woocommerce?
 * Thank you

 * Sorry, I have to explain better.
    I have a product list, for example 5 products.
   When a user login and want to create a new ticket can choose one product related
   to the ticket. I don’t want the user can see the complete 5 product list but
   only products enabled for him. This is because some products are just for few
   users, other products are for different users and so on. So I need to create
   a relation between products and users. Thank you
