@wood1e If you disable Javascript by clicking on https padlock > site settings in Chrome browser, you will be able to check “Generate SSL for both www & non-www” option. Then you can run the SSL install form.
@wood1e Please add includewww to your url like this – /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_encryption&includewww=1 and run the SSL install form of WP Encryption. That should force generate SSL for both www & non-www domain.
@ameikajr You do have valid SSL certificate installed on site. Please enable Force HTTPS feature of WP Encryption.
@varlinksupport We are always happy to help!. Please open support ticket in our premium support forum at gowebsmarty[dot]in since we are not allowed to offer premium support here.
See you on the other side 😉
Without even reaching out to our free support forum, we cannot blindly determine whether you are knowledgeable enough to complete either HTTP or DNS challenge.
@miloidea We don’t see any support ticket created by you. Please use our support forum for help.
Hello,
Your HTTPS site is perfectly using new SSL starting from today’s date. Please clear your browser cache once.
That path is dynamically pulled from site_url() function. Can you please check if your domain is set correctly in Settings > General of wp-admin?
@joseleonweb Looks like public access of files in acme-challenge folder is definitely blocked on your hosting server. Please delete all _acme-challenge records in your domain DNS records and add the newly requested TXT records, then you should be able to complete domain verification and generate SSL certificate.
@wood1e That cron job is not related to our plugin. You seem to be using multiple SSL plugins. Please de-activate and re-activate the plugin. You could try generating SSL for non-www domain, install it on your server and then re-generate SSL for both www & non-www domain.
@eyeelina Newly added DNS records takes few minutes to hours to propagate worldwide. Please wait few minutes after adding the DNS TXT records and then proceed with the verification button.
@wood1e Both of your www & non-www domains are working fine and DNS are correct. Can you try logging out once and try again after logging back into wp-admin.
Hi,
Actually it’s nothing related to our plugin. The issue is within your DNS records of domain. Please create a new A record for www domain i.e., http://www.domain.co.uk and point it to server IP address used in non-www domain. You can delete the CNAME record previously added.
Right now your www domain is not pointing anywhere.
Your SSL is absolutely fine and HTTPS site is working perfectly. Please clear your browser cache once.
Your hosting server seems to be blocking outgoing requests to Let’s Encrypt server. Please contact your hosting support once and check with them..
