 * i have active:
    WP-Optimize, WordPressImport, UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore, CodeStyling
   Localization, Easy Google Fonts, Peter’s Login Redirect, Regenerate Thumbnails-
   i try to disable one to one but the problem persist is a relative problem because
   I can always do upload from my pc
