 * In FF setting border: 1px solid white; for example, often fixes these types of
   bugs.

 * OK. I’ve got a brand new stylesheet that (I hope) doesn’t look different than
the old one. However, it fixes several bugs, most of them related to IE. The
only thing left to do is add 1 box model hack for IE 5.5, the old style had 4
box model hacks. Mac users, let me know what browser you’re using and how it
looks. For comparision, it should look right in firefox and mozilla. I don’t
know about macIE or Safari 1.0, Safari 1.1 usually doesn’t give me any problems.

 * Thanks. I think I fixed the css typos. As far as IE goes, I’m working on it.
   IE sucks.

 * I’m not certain how to do that. And if I do, when someone clicks a permalink
or links to it, they won’t see any link to comments, will they?

 * Oh christ, I’m having the opposit problem. I don’t want the comments to be there
at the bottom when I click the more. But I do what a link to the comments popup.
However, it seems that either I have comments or nothing. The comment popup shows
up fine on the index page though, so I’m confused.

 * I did that, and now there’s no link to the comments available from the rest of
the post. I have a post that has a teaser and content that spans three pages.
With the comment call deleted, the (comments #) link is visible on the index
page only. Once the user clicks “more” or “1” or “2” or “3” the (comments #)
   link vanishes.
If I don’t delete the comment call, the comments and comment
box appear at the bottom of each page (more, 2, and 3). What I need is to call
the comment popup the way the comments are currently being called, but I can’t
figure out how to do that.

 * In other words, comments on the permalink should also appear in a popup.

 * Ah damn, I just realized that I need to use char codes here. OK, the first post
should read “when I use <!–more–>” and the other one should read when I use the
   <!–nextpage–>

 * Yes, I did that. But when I use the <!–nextpage–> tag in my posts, the next pages
all fall back to same page comments.

 * However, I’d like to know how to prevent the comment area from appearing at the
bottom of each page when I use <!–nextpage–>. I’d like to have the comments reside
on their own page with just the summary post at the top. Thanks.
