The customer reported his issue at this resolution center at PayPal 2. Due to the reported problem, the customer was repaid from PayPal. >> IPN > payment status = reversed>> My Tickets status = failed 3. We got this notfication and got io contact with the customer. 4. problem was resolved privately and the customers complaint at PayPal was canceled/ closed – and marked within Paypal as solved 5. The My Tickets payments status was changed to completed – manually 6.
