 * Found the problem.
    I failed to take into account that two databases (online /
   inoffice) would have different category record numbers.
 * <?php wp_list_categories(‘orderby=&include=6,10,11,12,14,&title_li=’); ?>
 * Sometimes it takes a good nights sleep to see things clearly
