Those are good instructions. Thank you. * To update the thread, here’s what I did. * In wp-content I renamed the plugins directory to plugins_old, and created a new directory called plugins. That allowed me to get in to my admin interface, but of course my plugins were not working. * I copied into the new plugins directory all the plugins I had **not** updated. Then I went back into my admin and re-activated them, and then onto my site to make sure everything was still working. * Once that looked good, I added the other plugins. I just had the same problem after updating to 2.7.1. * The weird thing is that it ran fine for an hour or so after I did the upgrade, then I got the error message the next day. I think I exceeded the size limit. * So I recreated the database on the new server, uncompressed the .tar.gz file, and tried to import individual tables. Still no luck.
