 * I’ve just setup Form Manager for the first time, and am unable to geet the form
   to send to me, nor the confirmation to the submitter.
 * Otherwise, email from my site works fine. I get notified of registrations, posts,
   etc. So this is not a generalized problem with php.ini.
 * If this is a bug, as per Campbell, above, cannot a delay between mail sends be
   built in? Has this been dealt with, or is it a continuing problem
