 * I am also a WPMU DEV user and to be honest, I really love their plugins. I totally
   agree that describing the limitations on the description page can be a lot helpful
   and I am sure that someone from WPMU DEV will take care of this issue as soon
   as possible.

   that you can create unlimited providers but yeah showing the limitations can 
   be helpful.

 * Even I am a paid member with them and have used the paid plugin on many projects.
   It seems to work fine.
 * A few usage cases might be different from user to user.
 * I never had a bad experience with support. They work hard to help members however
   if you feel you did not get peoper support, just write to their email and they
   will get back to you.
 * WPMU DEV really cares about the members and they do whatever it takes to fix 
   any issues with their free or paid plugins.
