 * Hello,
 * So I went ahead and figured this out myself. I used WP Mail SMTP first, and it
   didn’t resolve the issue. Next, I tried using Postman SMTP and configured that.
   Once that was all done, the issue was solved. Samanthahhi, you might want to 
   try that and see if it fixes the issue you are having. Let me know if it fixes

 * Hello,
 * I have checked that before. I tested that by disabling all my plugins and even
   changing my theme back to the default seventeen theme. Still, the same problem
   persists. Is there another reason this could be happening?
