   to 4.6, but are still unable to publish scheduled WP posts to Facebook, Twitter,
   or Medium via the Medium plugin.
 * When publishing a WP post immediately, it successfully publishes to Twitter and
   Medium, but not Facebook.
 * We have deactivated Publicize, disconnected Facebook and Twitter, reconnected
   Facebook and Twitter, and reactivated Publicize, but still no luck.
