The plugin currently supports sharing images on 4 social accounts only. We are planning to add more for the future but the time period is uncertain right now. What are the websites you need to share the images to? Will do everything possible to integrate it soon.

The plugin supports the following file formats: .jpeg,.png,.docx,.pdf,.txt,.csv,.ppt
If you don’t receive particular format, make sure it is added to Upload file Allowed File Types field.Hope this helps,

If the Image as Link option is disabled, the Lightbox will be opened on click (It is disabled by default). So please, make sure the option is enabled. You can find it in View/Styles section. Also, after enabling both Lightbox and Image as Link option 2 icons will apprear on the images you upload.

There is no need to change the image order one by one. Simply check General Options of the gallery. You will see Image Sorting option which needs to be set to Custom Sorting.

The plugin has only one field but allows setting more than 1 admin email. Simply add the emails you need and make sure you separate them with comma.

We have checked your website and found the issue you are referring to. Only one of your images is added to the website with an
<a>tag (the one that works). Make sure the rest of the images are also wrapped in the same tag.
This will make the Lightbox work.Hope this helps,

The plugin does not have the mentioned option. Yet it allows making some HTML changes. Check Lightbox Settings, Main Options and Custom HTML options. For the color, use Additional CSS section to override styles.

The solution to this can be adjusting Lightbox background opacity. Choose the Lightbox type you have and check overlay color and overlay opacity options. Increase opacity percentage to have the desired effect.

The plugin has different themes to choose from. If you don’t see any theme that will match your website styles, you can use Element Class and Container Class fields to override existing CSS styles.

There is no limitation on creating forms, you can create as many as you want. If you are planning to have the same survey with the same fields, you can simply copy the form so that they have different IDs. This will help you to understand to which game the submission belongs.
