 * Thanks for the response Michael. As an update to this, it wasn’t an issue with
   the database or the WordPress install because switching to a different theme 
   had the blog posts showing up correctly. We couldn’t figure out what could possibly
   be causing the issue as, again, nothing with regard to how the post content was
   being called on the blog page had been altered, only this plugin had been installed
   and used. We ended up having to replace the wp-content folder from a back-up 
   we had on file – which fixed the issue.
