 * That is a PHP configuration error, nothing to do with Kumori or WordPress.
    PHAR
is a system for distributing php libraries in a single file. ([http://php.net/manual/en/intro.phar.php](http://php.net/manual/en/intro.phar.php))
Kumori uses an AWS PHAR file in order to access the Amazon Cloud services.

 * First you must go to Settings->Media and set your AWS parameters.
 * Then you must go to the Kumori Tools->Manage Elastic Transcoder and create your
pipeline, where you specify the Bucket. 😉
 * I guess you have to check the AWS Elastic Transcoder documentation first, in
order to better understand how Kumori works. 🙂
 * If you still have questions, please feel free to ask them!

 * Hi ksolans,
 * To be honest I haven’t find the time to give Kumori the necessary treatment it
   deserves.
However, unless AWS broke their API, it should work as expected. And
I am not aware of any breaking changes in their API.
 * As for the error message you get, it is because you haven’t specified a Bucket
in the Kumori-fy options. You should see a list of available Buckets in a drop
   down list.
 * Waiting for your feedback! 🙂

 * Actually you do that via the Manage Elastic Transcoder page, and by setting a
   pipeline.
 * It’s an AWS thingy, not mush I can do about that, I’ll put a reminder to have
   a more detailed manual somewhere…

 * Just posted a hot fix for (hopefully) fixing the fatal errors, so at least users
can see a nicely formatted error message.
I’ll add some more checks at later
   versions…

 * I think it’s already automated enough, perhaps you are referring to some kind
   of batch mode?

 * It seems that you haven’t set the region setting properly.
 * Could you please tell me the steps to reproduce this error?

 * [@highoctane406](https://wordpress.org/support/users/highoctane406/):
 * I guess you had difficulty with the paths at the require_once statements, correct?
 * If you had any other issues, please contact me about them, hopefully I fixed
the previous errors in version 0.22 .

 * I forgot to write down, that you have to go to Admin->Settings->Media page, in
order to put your credentials and settings for your AWS account.
 * In your case, you haven’t specified the region you use for your AWS services.
 * Please proceed with setting the credentials for your AWS account and I think
that you won’t have any problems!

 * Guyz I am so sorry I didn’t reply to your support issues, I thought I was gonna
be informed via email, but I didn’t.
 * Any ways, I patched up a new version (0.22) which hopefully fixes the require_once
   path nightmares.
 * Please inform me on any errors you will find, or new features you’d like me to
   add.
