Hello? is there anyone there that can help?

contact page for this plug-in https://contactform7.com/contact/ clearly states, “Do not use this form. Any support requests sent via this contact form are ignored.”

is this request a support reqest or a technical issue? the code is correct and it seems that the plug-in is malfunctioning. Please advise.

Thank you for the Java Script and CSS code to be able to handle this. It took so long to get a response that I spent a whole day trying things over and over again – WP is such a hog when it comes to saving and previewing.

Finally after a lot of struggle I found the way to do it through the MetaSlider interface however there is no way to post or add photos here ( which is a shame ) so I’ll enter in all the details by hand.

    – USE FlexSlider
    – Effect: Fade
    – Theme: Default
    – Arrows: no
    – Navigation: hidden

    Advanced Settings:
    – Stretch: Unchecked
    – Center align: Unchecked
    – Auto Play: Checked
    – Image Crop: Smart Crop
    – Carousel Mode: Checked
    – Carousel Margin: 0px
    – Random: Unchecked
    – Hover Pause: Checked
    – Reverse: Unchecked
    – Slide Delay: 0ms
    – Animation Speed: 55555 <—- a very relaxed speed
    – Slide Direction: Horizontal
    – Easing: Linear
    – Previous Text: None
    – Next Text: None

    Developer Options:
    – CSS Classes: none
    – print CSS: checked
    – print JS: checked
    – No Conflict Mode: Checked

Hope this helps the next person who faces this. The Java Script and CSS will also help of course, but for those who aren’t up to that, The MetaSlider actually does work for a simple slow scroll look and feel.

Also is would be VERY helpful if there were functionality so that when it reaches the end of the image scroll is slowly starts in the opposite direction and not snap back to the beginning to start over which is not a good look / interaction at all
