 * I find the problem, but it cost many times to find it. Now fixed, and working
   fine!

 * But a question; why require the WP to overwrite any file, for edit, delete, or
   write a post?

 * The only way to modify a file on this server, that delete first, and create again.

 * I think the problem that the file overwrite has been disabled for security reasons.

    Reinstalled, the WP, but the problem is still
