Free shipping is applied when the shipping adress is in the Netherlands and the ammount is above 50,- euro. I have the same problem. On desktop both frontpages are showing correctly. But the responsive version is showing the wrong frontpage. If I switch to EN language I see in the responsive menu the correct url (/en/) but it still shows the wrong (NL) frontpage.
