Thank you. I check the knowledge section of the MxChat, The WordPress Content was chosen as the recommended option, but the website landing page is not listed in the available pages. I don’t have any information in your knowledge database. But it appears the Chatbot only respond with contents available on the website.

Please disregard the OpenAi assistant. I thought it was required. I previously used that on another Chatbot plugin but has since uninstall that plugin.

- I am using the GPT-4o Mini (Fast and Lightweight)
- Embedding Model: TE3 Small, also tried Ada 2, same problem.
- Yes, I am using the Auto-Display Chatbot
- Yes, I have a credit balance on OpenAi account.
