 * All the settings. Also, none of the default settings are set, all fields are 
   empty and nothing is saved when I click “Save Shop Changes”. The production site
   was using an older version and has recently been updated to the latest version.
   Once the problem was discovered I tried uninstalling and reinstalling jigoshop,
   but it’s still not working.

 * Were you able to figure out what was causing this? I’ve having the same problem.
   Works fine on my development server but not production.

 * I have the same problem. Some images upload, some do not. I see this error in
   the log:
    [26-Dec-2013 18:31:26] PHP Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([
   string $exception [, long $code ]]) in wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/
   photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_data/class.gallerystorage_driver_base.php 
   on line 8
