 * OK, I was thinking that it was an easy fix..but what do I know 🙂
 * Anyhow, the problem was actually rooted in the spinning arrows not showing up.
   I.e. people did not know the click was registered. The reason for the missing
   arrows seems to be some conflict with the “contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension”.
   When that was disabled the spinning arrows returned and it seems less people 
   are now multi-submitting.

 * Further testing has now showed that the problem occurs when people click multiple
   times on the “Send”. If the page is a few second to (re)load this gives you time
   to click 2,3,4 or more times – generating the same amount of mails.
 * Any idea how to prevent this? I’m surprised that there isn’t a function in the
   WP code that keeps this from happening.
