 * Another problem, I just did an manual update and now I can’t even see the themes
   page on the dashboard and the front sites.

 * OK I look through the instruction and I found there is a problem.
 * “Go back to your OLD blog and go to Administration > Settings > General and change
   the url (both of them) to that of your new site.”
 * I’m using WordPress 3.1.3.
 * Problem is there is no two url on the “Administration > Settings > General” section
   at the dash board.
