I have tried changing themes, but that did not matter. Once when I changed the theme, the registration was the simple username and email. I tried that but got the error message that my other custom fields were required when registering; so it seems like WP and the plug-in at least recognize my custom registration form. It’s like its just not processing. Hope the extra info helps. My only thought at this point is to create a fake registration that is actually just a contact form and manually add each user (not a big deal, I’m not overwhelmed with subscribers).
