 * beim beschriebenen Verhalten handelt es sich nicht um einen Fehler im Zahlungsplugin,
   sondern um das normale Verhalten eines WooCommerce-Shops, sobald das Germanized-
   Plugin aktiv ist (s. z.B. [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bestell-bestatigung-obwohl-keine-zahlung-erfolgt/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bestell-bestatigung-obwohl-keine-zahlung-erfolgt/)).
 * WooCommerce legt die Bestellung im System an, sobald der Kunde auf den Button“
   Kostenpflichtig bestellen” (oder wie auch immer der Button im jeweiligen Shop
   heißt) geklickt hat. In diesem Moment hat der Kunde der Bestellung zugestimmt
   und seine Absicht erklärt, diese auch zu bezahlen. Die Bestätigung, die der Kunde
   erhält, sagt nicht aus, dass er bezahlt hat, sondern lediglich, dass er bestellt
   hat. Die Mail enthält ferner noch einmal einen Link, über den der Kunde die Bezahlung
   durchführen kann (“Jetzt bezahlen”). Bricht er dann die Bezahlung nicht ab, sondern
   führt sie erfolgreich durch, erhält er in einer weiteren Mail die Zahlungsbestätigung.
 * Um dieses Verhalten zu ändern, müssen möglicherweise Einstellungen am Germanized-
   Plugin oder am Shop vorgenommen werden. Hierzu sollten Sie sich von Germanized
   bzw. Ihrem Anwalt beraten lassen, wir sind hier leider außen vor und können keine
   Hilfestellung dazu leisten.

 * The problem you mentioned appeared on some installations and has been fixed today.
   Please update to version 4.0.3 for the fix.

 * Hallo Giulio:
 * Nein, giropay-ID wird von dem Plugin nicht unterstützt, weil das eigentlich über
   den normalen Scope eines Zahlungsplugins hinausgeht. Dies muss also derzeit noch
   selbst über die API implementiert werden.
 * Was aber unterstützt wird, ist die Kombination aus giropay+giropay-ID, d.h. die
   Zahlung über giropay und gleichzeitige Altersverifikation. Das ist leider nicht
   in allen Anwendungsfällen das, was die Shops brauchen, aber in einigen hilft 
   es schonmal weiter.
