 * But what do you do when you use 2 different VAT classes? Because we have the 
   exact same problem, only we don’t know if the shippingcosts will be calculated
   on either 6% or 21% or a combination.
 * So really what we need is an option to set shipping costs included tax. When 
   will this be done?
