 * i had the same issue, you have to disable the flag “Hide shipping costs until
   an address is entered” in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options

 * An update on this,
 * i had to unhide the error from css, because i need also the notice that appear
   when an user is not yet approved. So at this point i have the Stop Guessing appearing
   everytime i visit the login page.
 * I will investigate but i exclude “cloudflare” from the list because the same 
   error appear on localhost.
 * Can be something related to bootstrap, because [@naldovieira](https://wordpress.org/support/users/naldovieira/)
   have the same problem and he is on bootstrap 4.

 * i ended up hiding the Error via Css, everything is working as expected but i 
   think that is a incompatibility with bootstrap, maybe at jscript level.

 * The problem result to be WPML installed, so with WPML installed it return page
   not found.
    i will try to check wpml setting if changing something there if it
   fix the issue.

 * Update, the flag: Show invoices only for logged in recipients. is not selected,
   this is the way it should be configured? or maybe the problem is that i have 
   installed also the CRM and it force users to be logged in?
