 * I was able to see the top bar by using /?nocache=1 This is a GoDaddy site (I 
   had no choice…) and, for some reason I can’t fathom, the flush cache option is
   missing from the admin panel. Is there any way to manually edit the setup to 
   get around this?
 * Also, it renders correctly in Chrome, but not in Firefox. The input field and
   button fall down out of the top bar and show in the header in Firefox.
