 * Hi,
 * I read the FAQ but struggle to find answer to my problem.
 * My situation is similar to Jonibean except when I go my newdomain.com, **I don’t
   get to see the package that I thought I successfully uploaded**. Needless to
   say, when I add the suffix /installer.php the 505 Internal Server Error came
   up.
 * Everything worked fine in strict adherence to the video tutorial, including uploading
   the package. But when I started using the File Manager on cPanel, things started
   to differ. Instead of seeing just the cgi, installer and archive files, which
   most duplicator video tutorials will show, I was presented with a long list of
   files, including files from my other websites. The installer and archive files
   were among a long list of files in the Web Root, public html.
 * Please help.
