are you sure that you have chosen the correct field type ? The translatable field are at the bottom of the select list, the original untranslatable field type still remain at the top. That’s why it’s not working mate…
I thought so … maybe the’re gona releasa a new version o acf qtranslate soon… at least i hope so …
