 * Thank you for your reply. Quick clarification: Does “in only plugins” only update
   plugin files and not make any changes to the wordpress database?

 * After further research. I think this issue is occuring because the newsletter
   sits behind a Sparkpost redirect link, and that redirect link is what Firefox
   seems to be processing incorrectly. In Firefox it sends me to the Subscription
   Confirmation page, but in other browsers it sends me to the newsletter.

 * I have determined that this issue only occurs when my default browser is set 
   to Firefox. For Chrome and Safari the activation link works as expected.
 * Further, I determined that even after I use Chrome to click the activation link
   and the subscriber gets confirmed, Firefox still won’t allow me to get to the
   newsletter content sent after the subscriber is confirmed. Chrome and Safari 
   allow me to get access to the newsletter, but Firefox sends me to the Subscription
   Confirmation page.
 * Are you aware of any issue that would only affect Firefox’s about to properly
   process activation links and allow access to newsletters?
 * I’m using a Mac.
