Navigate to: Settings > Media – in the “Store uploads in this folder” field this will have details of your uploads folder. The default for this is: wp-content/uploads * Failing that, there may be an issue with permissions of the uploads folder which you’ll need to check via your FTP client. Please be careful when changing any of the permissions as this can be dangerous.
