 * LOL – all by a sudden I was thinking “it must be complicated”. Thanks. However,
everything is ok with the url`s.
I turned on Compatibility View in IE and the
site showed up ok only with minor flaws. But, I can not rely on visitors to my
site being aware of this and all they will see is a long list of posts appearing
to be lost in the middle of nowhere. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

 * How do I find out, do you know? It’s my first time ever building a site where
I change things in the theme so I am likely to have done something wrong somewhere…

 * I can see the posts & the pictures I have embed in the posts, as well as the
facebook comments that I have used to replace the twenty eleven comments, But
no header, no menu, no sidebar – as you say, no layout. I will have a look at
the general settings to see if you are on to something… Thanks for caring 🙂

 * For some reason removing helvetica and helvetica neue does not work for me. When
going to my site in IE it starts by opening up and showing header, menu bar,
posts and sidebar in a few seconds, then changes to listing the post full screen
with now nothing else. Does anybody know how to fix this?

 * So, I am sorry to bother you again. However, now I need to do some other changes
requiering modifications in functions.php. Do I use the one and same file I created
in my child-theme or do I need one functions.php file per change?

 * I have not made any modifications in the functions.php – yet, so it is the latest
twenty eleven version copied in to my child theme. I can still post it if you
   prefer.
 * What I want to change is just to remove the wordings “Older posts” and “Never
Posts” and just keep the arrows. So, I tried deleting those two statements in
lines 454 and 456 – and that broke my site down.

 * Hi,
 * When I change something in the function.php (child theme), it breaks down the
whole site. Any idea as to why this happens?

 * Thank you very much for answering so soon. This did not work either, I am afraid.
However, it looks like your code will give more info than I wanted. I just want
to display the line: “Posted on date by author” in the same way as on single
   posts (www.gerdnilsson.com).
 * (Rest assure – I am working on a child theme).

 * Oh, sorry – it is working on single post views. However, I was looking for having
the same info displayes below the headline of the posts on my frontpage (posts).
Is there a solution for this?

 * For some reason the solution does not work on my site. I have changed the line
from “display: none” to display: inline;”.
Any idea as to why it does not work?
