 * Dear Harish,
 * Thank you kindly for your response. Within the folder of our used theme I am 
   unable to find a download-monitor subfolder, neither is there any reference to
   download-monitor in the functions.php.
 * I have both re-saved the “Settings > Permalinks” and the “Downloads > Settings”,
   sadly neither have fixed the issue.
