The change was released in version 1.3.2 which is available now! Thanks for pointing this issue out. I’m sure others will be interested in it.
Hello again!
This was just a bit of an oversight. There is an update coming out either tomorrow or Thursday. It will include a change to allow editing of the author for the event.Thank you pythe!
Thanks again for pointing this out and I apologize for the trouble!
I just released an update, version 1.3.1, that should solve this. I’ll mark the ticket as resolved but feel free to respond if there are still concerns.Hello jarxabi,
I’m glad the plugin worked well in general but sorry about the over capacity issue! There are safeguards in the code to prevent this but maybe there was a flaw in the logic somewhere. I’m looking into it and will let you know what I find! It should be preventable whatever the cause.Sorry for the confusion. There is a related setting for this but I can see there is a bug with it. I will fix this in the next update! That way you can use settings to change it rather than an additional plugin if you choose.
I’m so glad to hear that!
Can you explain more about the โIโve already registeredโ field? What were you hoping for?A filter for “Scheduled” events was added. This should help with this need!
Both of these issues are addressed in version 1.3 which is available now!
I will close the ticket but please reply if anything seems wrong.Hello again jarxabi,
Thanks again for letting me know. Yes I will definitely take care of any PHP warnings.
As for the issue with the single column for mobile, I had another user reach out about this.
Both of these issues will be addressed in an update next week! Excited to here it will be live on your site ๐
I’ll respond and let you know when the update is available.Just to follow up, I tested this feature again and it seems to be working as intended. Though like I mentioned, it can be improved so that it is more clear!
I’ll mark this resolved. Do reach out again if it seems off based on what I explained!Hey jarxabi,
Please keep the questions coming! It is much appreciated to hear from users. It gives me lots of insights and ideas.
I can see how it’s a bit confusing but when you create a new organizer or venue during the event creation feature, you just need to save the event and the organizer or venue will be created and added to your new event.
Though it would also make sense to allow someone to just add it with a button. It’s not obvious that you just need to save the event. I’ve made a note for a future update!
For the CSV import feature, do you mean to bulk create organizers? Or are you referring to something else? I could see a CSV import feature for events, venues, and organizers being useful!Hey daeslord,
You have a good point. I will add a “Future” filter in an update. There is an update going out tomorrow for some found issues. This will be included in the update after that one.
And I’m so glad you really like the plugin! I’m just getting started ๐ Hopefully more and more people will find the plugin. Thanks so much for taking the time to try the plugin and leave a comment!Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m happy to continue helping with your transition!
I’m happy to hear that the update fixed the problem.
As for modifying the labels, I will make a plan to add a setting for these in the future as I think this will be a very common request. In the meantime I recommend using a translation plugin for any text that is not found in settings.
