 * Ditto same issue. What troubles me more is that this issue is yet unresolved
and I wonder about dependability for future use. I do not want to start something
and find that I cannot use it later because support is unavailable. Fortunately
I am just setting up so it will not be painful to go elsewhere but I really do
like the features of have the smtp, template and mailer in one plugin.

 * Just a follow up to my inquiry. Thus far BoldGrid is just a basket of problems.
They continue to try and find solutions but this fruit was picked too early and
was released before it was ready. Frankly, I believe most of their problems are
centered around the staging plugin that comes in the package of plugins. It is
supposed to allow you to build a website non-live site (staged) and then deploy
it to your live website. I have done this a page at a time because the functionality
is broken to work as it was intended.
